Indorama Ventures Public Co Ltd has complete resin asset acquisition of PT. Polypet Karyapersada with a capacity of 100,800 tons per annum at Cilegon, Indonesia through its wholly owned subsidiary, PT.Indorama Polypet Indonesia on August 09, 2012.
The acquisition creates synergies including lowering the cost of both plants through shared services and logistic savings due to it being co-sited with our joint venture PTA plant, PT. Indorama Petrochemicals.
