European producer Ineos Styrolution has raised its April price for acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) Terluran grade in Europe by Eur 110/mt (US$114/mt) over March, as per a company statement in Platts. The company did not announce the specific price at which it plans to sell its ABS.
Natural grade general purpose ABS contract prices in Europe were last assessed at Eur 1450/mt (US$1649/mt) FD NWE last Wednesday, stable on the week.
Ineos Styrolution's statement came close on the heels of the settlement of styrene for April.
Northwest European styrene monomer contract price for April has been fully settled at Eur 1120/mt FOB ARA (US$1276/mt) as per buyers and sellers.
