Japan's JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corp, an oil refining unit of JX Holdings, is on target to restart its Kawasaki naphtha cracker, with ethylene production capacity of 404,000 tpa; on June 22, as per Reuters. The company closed the facility on June 18 to fix a problem.
