GCC has been discussing the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the EU for the last 15 years. However, though hopes are pinned for positive outcome, conclusion of the agreement seems to be a far cry. This could be attributed to play by a possible lobby that is working to try and prevent the conclusion.
