The acquisition of Solvay Engineered Polymers is a commitment by the company to support its automotive OEM and Tier I customers with high performance products and innovative solutions. The integration will provide existing customers with a broader product portfolio and expanded customer support and application capabilities.
Headquartered in The Netherlands, LyondellBasell is privately owned by Access Industries.
