Manjushree Technopack announces FY14 Q1 results

Packaging major Manjushree Technopack Ltd. announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. The revenue for the period stood at Rs 12,215 Lacs, while Profit before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 1505 Lacs and Profit after Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 913 Lacs. The EBITDA grew at 3028 lacs. In comparison to last year’s first quarter, the sales this quarter went up by 31%, Profit before Tax (PBT) grew by 42% and Profit after Tax (PAT) grew by 28%. The fully diluted EPS for the quarter was Rs. 6.74 as against Rs. 5.27 last year. Bangalore based plastic packaging major, Manjushree Technopack Ltd., is a limited company (listed on BSE and NSE), with over 30 years of packaging experience. Manjushree closed 2012 - 2013 with a turnover of Rs. 361 crore. Involved in the manufacture of specialty plastic packaging products for domestic /export markets, it caters to the needs of leading companies in FMCG, Pharma and Food & Beverages sectors.
