Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has recorded a loss of Rs 248 crore in the Q3 of 2013-14 vs a loss of Rs 360 crore in Q3 of 2012-13. This loss can be attributed to the delay in the progressive commissioning schedule of the third phase expansion of MRPL.
