Specialty chemicals maker Albemarle Corporation has named The E. T. Horn Company as the new distributor of Albemarle's ETHACURE® line of diamine chain extenders/cross linkers for the western region of the United States. The new association becomes effective December 1, 2008.
Albemarle's ETHACURE product line is globally recognized for its effectiveness in curing polyurethanes, epoxies, and polyureas and includes ETHACURE® 100, ETHACURE® 300, and ETHACURE® 420. In addition to this well-established portfolio of solutions, the company continues to aggressively pursue new technologies to meet market demand. Albemarle's latest research and development efforts have resulted in an innovative new aliphatic amine curative that is currently under review by the Environmental Protection Agency.
