Japanese ethylene production in November 2014 fell 1.7% from November 2013 to 588,400 tons, data from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry showed. The month-on-month change from October 2014's 533,100 tons was 6.4%. Two plant shutdowns were seen in October 2014, none in November 2014.
