Mexico's Pemex has restarted its steam cracker and two high-density polyethylene lines at Morelos complex, as per a source reported by Platts. These units were down for annual maintenance. HDPE production at the complex is estimated at 100,000 m tpa for each of the two lines, and the site also has a 300,000 m tpa LLDPE/HDPE swing unit.
