Polish oil refiner PKN Orlen SA (PKN.WA) is not holding talks on the sale of its petrochemical unit Anwil or its parts, as per foxbusiness.com.
PKN Orlen said late last year it was considering selling parts of Anwil. In the meantime, it is working on separating Anwil's chemical and fertilizer operations so it is prepared in case an investor expresses interest in the segments
