08-Nov-16 Shell Singapore has restarted its naphtha-fed steam cracker at Pulau Bukom and lifted force majeure on base chemicals from Monday, as per a company spokesperson reported by Platts. The steam cracker had been shut on September 27 due to a compressor problem followed by declaration of a force majeure on base chemicals on September 29.
