Singapore-based petrochemicals logistics services provider Hengyang has completed construction of 42 storage tanks and a petrochemical jetty at its Deqiao facility in the Jingjiang Petrochemical Industrial Zone in China's Jiangsu Province.Operations on Phase I have commenced at an investment of 240 million yuan. Storage capacity has been increased by 126,000m3 to a total 224,000m3. The entire Deqiao facility will be built in two phases, comprising 118 new storage tanks.
