State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (Socar) is ready to sign a contract with Technip EPC for the reconstruction of its ethylene-propylene plant, as per www.abc.az. The project includes upgrade of existing and construction of new process units. The project period is 2016-2020.
"Simultaneously, a project management contract will be signed with Azerbaijani-American joint venture SOCAR-KBR llc," Vice President Gahramanov said.
