Qatar's Tasweeq has cancelled a sale tender for 75,000 tons of naphtha for April lifting from Ras Laffan, where it operates a 146,000 bpd condensate splitter due. The cancellation could be attributed to a 1-2 week outage planned at a condensate splitter from April 11, as per traders in Reuters.
This could not be immediately confirmed with Tasweeq, which also has a naphtha contract for cargoes lifting in Q2 at a premium to Middle East quotes on a free-on-board (FOB) basis.
