Total US propane and propylene stocks rose 1.3 mln barrels to 66 million barrels, during the week ended July 20, data from the Energy Information Administration showed. As per Platts, midwest supplies rose 500,000 barrels to 26.9 mln barrels, East Coast supplies were down 100,000 barrels to 5.8 mln barrels and Gulf Coast stocks climbed 600,000 barrels to 30.9 mln barrels. Stocks of propylene for non-fuel use rose 200,000 barrels to 4.6 mln barrels. US propane and propylene stocks were nearly 37% higher than the same time last year.
