Unique fused graphics for Polyethylene & Polypropylene injection molded products

A unique new graphics solution for decorating polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) plastic products called Polyfuze has been unveiled by iMIG Systems. This innovative, multi-colored technology is unlike any other decorating method available on the market today. Polyfuze is NOT an in-mold label, hot stamp, heat transfer, pad print or screen print. • The Polyfuze graphic is unique because it is composed of pigmented plastic instead of traditional ink, which degrades over time and fades under weathering. Traditional ink also can be removed with chemicals, while Polyfuze withstands all wear testing and is 100% permanent. • The Polyfuze graphic is applied using traditional hot stamp machinery and literally fuses or welds into a PE/PP plastic product, becoming a permanent part of the product itself. • Because Polyfuze is polymer based, it can be recycled with PE/PP plastic products. • The Polyfuze graphic can be manufactured to meet the following compliances: FDA, ASTM, CPSIA, RoHS and REACH.
