Zhongtian Synergetic to startup 350,000 tpa PP production

Zhongtian Synergetic has gone through all the processes of its newly built 350000 tpa polypropylene plant, and scheduled to start production of homo PP raffia T30S in the coming week (Oct 24-30), as per sources reported by www.ccfgroup.com.
Zhongtian Synergetic may also startup its 300000 tpta LLDPE plant in Oct, but the news is not yet confirmed by the company side. The new coal-based petrochemical complex is located in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, on October 20, including a 120kta low density polyethylene (LDPE) plant, a 250000 tpa pipe grade LDPE unit, a 300000 tpa linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) unit and two 350000 tpa polypropylene plants. The olefins will be sourced from Zhongtian Synergetic’s methanol, based on coal-chemical technology.
