Hello,I am looking to purchase a complete thermoforming line or a thermoforming machine specifically suitable for producing PS Foam (expanded polystyrene foam) food trays, food containers and similar disposable packaging products.The material to be used is PS foam sheet with thickness between 1 mm and 4 mm.The machine must be roll-fed and capable of processing PS foam sheet reliably.The required technical specifications are as follows:top and bottom infrared heaters with multi-zone temperature control,vacuum forming combined with compressed air pressure forming,plug-assist system for deep forming,servo driven indexing system,forming depth at least 100 mm (preferably up to 150 mm),sheet width approximately 700–800 mm or similar,forming area suitable for food trays and containers.If available I am also interested in a complete line including roll unwinder,preheater,thermoforming station,punching or trimming unit,automatic stacker and scrap grinder.Please confirm if your machine or line is suitable for PS foam sheets and food tray production and provide the following details:machine manufacturer and model,year of manufacture,total working hours,maximum forming area,maximum forming depth,maximum sheet width,type of heating system,drive system (servo or other),whether moulds or tooling are included,current machine condition,exact machine location,photos or video of the machine running and the final selling price.Thank you and I look forward to your reply.
