Asia is to receive 600,000 tons of deep-sea naphtha supply from Europe in December and January, as a recent run-up in prices helped to make arbitrage economics workable, as per ICIS. As demand continues to be strong, 450,000 tons is slated for arrival in December, and the balance is expected to arrive in January. Last week, the European naphtha cargo market traded in a range of US$760-790/ton CIF NWE vs US$796-806/ton CFR Japan in Asia.
