Indonesia' s s PT Pertamina has selected Dow’s UNIPOL™ Polypropylene Process Technology for its new 250,000 tpa polypropylene facility. The project, to be completed in 2011 is to be located at the Balongan complex in West Java, Indonesia. Capacity will total to 11 mln tpa of polypropylene. Homopolymer, random copolymer and impact copolymer grades will be produced to cater mainly to the needs of the domestic market.
