Steribottle, Rexam jointly develop BPA-free baby bottle

Steribottle, UK-based baby bottle manufacturer, in collaboration with leading consumer packaging company, Rexam have jointly developed MK3 bottle, the first 100% recyclable baby bottle, which is also free of Bisphenol A (BPA). Additionally, the baby bottle, manufactured at Rexam's Buffalo Grove clean room packaging facility in US - is claimed to be lightweight and impact resistant. For making the product, Rexam used polypropylene for its bottle and overcap. Polypropylene in combination with Evoprene, a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material has been used for making the nipple of the bottle.
