Technip has announced the acquisition of EPG (BV Ingenieursbureau EPG), a specialized engineering company with notably strength in the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors. With 35 years of experience earned working with local and global clients and an in-depth knowledge of the Dutch market, EPG will reinforce the Group's presence in Benelux. Based in the Netherlands, EPG specializes in plant modifications (modernization, capacity extension). Combined with Technip's recognized expertise in project management and technologies, this acquisition will broaden the range of services offered to the clients of Technip and EPG, which will be renamed Technip-EPG BV.
