German chemical company Bayer AG’s arm -Bayer MaterialScience has inked a deal to for a Polycarbonate sheet JV with India’s Malibu Plastica Limited. Malibu Plastica is a pioneer of polycarbonate sheet production in India. The JV is subject to relevant approvals, and is planned to be named Bayer Malibu Polymers Private Limited and be headquartered in Ahmedabad. Output will supply polycarbonate sheets to the Indian market.
