Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) is scouting for locations on the southern coast for its proposed 15 mln tpa refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Ennore in Tamil Nadu. Feasibility studies were done by Engineers India Limited, which identified around 3,300 acres and an investment of Rs 600 bln for the project.
