Concerns of possible disruptions in supplies from Iran and Nigeria have pushed oil prices up. Light sweet crude for March delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange creeped up to US$66.45 a and March Brent crude futures on London's ICE Futures exchange climbed to US$64.56 a barrel.
Natural gas prices fell in response to data showing ample winter supplies in the U.S. USA's regions that consume much of the natural gas and heating oil have experienced above-normal temperatures so far this winter.
