Dupont Dow Elastomers LLC, is a joint venture between DuPont and Dow. After Dow exercises its option to acquire certain assets of the joint venture related to ethylene and chlorinated elastomers, Dupont will acquire Dow's remaining stake in the joint venture and make it a DuPont subsidiary. DuPont will purchase Dow Chemical Co.'s remaining stake in Dupont Dow Elastomers for US$87 million
