United States spot ethylene prices continued to rise last week on the back of brisk trade increasing about 4.5 cents / kg. Propylene spot prices also advanced between 6 to 7 cents / kg due to increased demand from polypropylene producers. April contracts of propylene in U.S. are expected to rise by nearly 9 cents / kg.
