Formosa Petrochemical Corp. has restarted it’s running its 1.03 mln tpa No. 2 ethylene plant. The plant is running at 70% of capacity currently, as per ICIS. Its No. 1 cracker, with capacity to produce 700,000 tpa of ethylene has resumed operations in October, and is running at 80-90% capacity since Oct. 15.
