Government-owned MSTC lodges police complaint of cheating against Haldia Petrochemicals

Government-owned MSTC has lodged a complaint of cheating against Haldia Petrochemicals management. MSTC has alleged that the company was not clearing dues of over Rs 500 crore for importing naptha and the HPL management was not responding to MSTC’s communication. MSTC worked as an agency for importing naptha for HPL from West Asia “but had to stop importing since the company was not clearing the dues,” as per financialexpress.com.
