Formosa Petrochemical Corp. has gradually started to resume regular deliveries of butadiene and propylene to its end-user customers in Kaohsiung. Deliveries from Mailiao were delayed earlier this week due to road blockages by protesters, as per Platts. Formosa supplies butadiene and propylene from its integrated petrochemical and refinery complex via tank trucks.
