Haldia Petrochemicals Limited (HPL) has filed its annual audit reports to the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) after a gap of seven years, as per PTI. In the absence of audit reports submitted by the company, the CAG report, tabled in the state assembly today, took into account the 2003-04 report while evaluating the performance of PSUs.
