Iran‘s first petrochemical park is to be launched in Jam Petrochemical Complex in cooperation with Excenz Company of France, by the end of current Iranian year (started March 2012), with start up of a 100,000 tpa butane-1 unit that has been 90% completed. The unit is under the license of Excenz Company of France that has completed its commitment to launch, guarantee and provide equipment. Investment outlay for the petrochemical park has been estimated at Euro 77 mln.
