Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has signed a memorandum of understanding with PTT Maintenance and Engineering Co. Ltd., a leading maintenance and engineering contracting company based in Thailand. Under the three-year alliance agreement, Jacobs and PTTME will provide a wide range of services for capital projects to PTT and other clients in the petrochemical, refining, and utility sectors in Thailand. The memorandum establishes a formal strategic alliance between PTT and Jacobs to jointly execute projects in Thailand. PTT is primarily engaged in maintenance, engineering, construction and plant inspection for the refining, petrochemicals, and utility sectors in Thailand.
