Japan's JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corp, an oil refining unit of JX Holdings , has restarted its Kawasaki naphtha cracker, with ethylene production capacity of 404,000 tpa, as per Reuters. This cracker has been shut following a massive earthquake on March 11.
