JG Summit plans to export about a third of its polyethylene production when its naphtha cracker comes onstream in 2013. As per Manila Standard, the plant is to expand its annual PE production capacity to 310,000 tons from the current 280,000 tons. The added capacity will be beyond domestic requirements, resulting in exports to Vietnam and China.
