JX Nippon Oil & Energy has restarted its naphtha cracker that had been shut for a turnaround, but after a delay of around 13 days. As per fibre2fashion, the cracker which was shutdown for maintenance on August 13, was originally scheduled to be restarted on September 28. However, restart was delayed due to technical problems. The cracker has a capacity to produce 450,000 tpa of ethylene and 280,000 tpa of propylene.
