Ministry issues air, noise, storm water and waste water environmental compliance approvals for proposed PE plant by Nova Chemicals

Ontario's Ministry of Environment and Climate Change has issued air, noise, storm water and waste water environmental compliance approvals for a $2-billion polyethylene plant Nova Chemicals is proposing to build in St. Clair Township, as per postmedia.com.
Nova spokesperson Meaghan Kreeft said that a final investment decision on a new plant is expected this year.
