Earlier this week, an unplanned shutdown has been caused by problem with the unit's pipes at Mitsubishi Chemical Corp’s No.1 naphtha cracker at Kashima. Te Japanese major plans to restart its 375,000 tpa No.1 naphtha cracker at Kashima in about two weeks.
