Mold-Masters acquires French distribution agency; expands direct Sales into France

Mold-Masters, Canada-headquartered company and a global leader in hot runner technology, has recently completed the purchase of their French distribution agency in order to serve the growing French customer base with a direct Sales and Service office for hot runner products and services. The acquisition of French distribution agency will enhance the relationship with the French customers and strengthen 'technical and commercial collaboration.' The existing Sales and Service staff will largely remain the same and Mold-Masters will use the existing agent location for its sales and service office. This will allow for a smooth and quick transition of the agency into Mold-Masters with very little affect on customers.
