Reports that Formosa Plastics Group is planning to build a petrochemical complex on Jurong Island in Singapore, has been refuted by the Taiwanese major.
Though group chairman William Wong was scheduled to head a delegation of corporate executives on a visit to the production hub on Jurong Island on March 9, the trip will be a courtesy call in response to visits made by Singapore officials to Formosa group.
