Operations at Total Petrochemicals USA’s 232,000 bpd oil refinery in Port Arthur, Texas, has reached normal rates following an operational upset earlier in the day at its sulfur recovery area, as per Dow Jones. Total spokeswoman said that because the refinery is preparing for coming turnaround maintenance, workers were evacuated earlier on Wednesday because of the SRU upset.
