Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (PetroRabigh) has signed an agreement with the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) to supervise the leasing of land for the purpose of establishing industrial, commercial, service, or residential investments in Rabigh Industrial City. MODON oversees more than 18 industrial cities through the Saudi Kingdom. PetroRabigh is being developed by Saudi Aramco and Rabigh Administrative Service Companies and will focus on petrochemical industries.
