Propylene inventories in USA have posted marginal gains for the week ending September 17, increasing by 101,000 barrels to almost 2.559 mln barrels, according to data released by the Energy Information Administration, as per Platts. This marks the second consecutive week of gains, bringing the total inventory growth for September to 111,000 barrels, amid limited trade activity this week.
Spot refinery grade propylene inched slightly higher this week with September last heard offered at 47 cents/lb MtB pipe. Buying interest was heard just under 46 cents/lb MtB pipe.
