Rajoo Engineers collaborates with Italian pipe/profile extruder supplier and German film extruder technology supplier

Rajoo Engineers Ltd. has announced collaborative agreements with Italian pipe/profile extruder supplier Bausano & Figli S.p.a (Rivarolo Canavese) and German film extruder technology supplier Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft (Augsburg). Rajoo and Bausano will form Rajoo Bausano Extrusion Pvt. Ltd., with operations to commence in 2011, supplying pipe and profile lines, including WPC technology in India, Africa, and South Asia from India. Rajoo and Hosokawa Alpine will cooperate on international marketing, production, and procurement, as well as in joint product development in their shared blown-film technology offerings. The JV with Bausano will bring modern pipe/profile extrusion equipment to India at a time when its building and construction market needs to upgrade from the aging equipment currently employed by most suppliers to the sector. With Hosokawa Alpine, Rajoo will assume responsibility for marketing and service support for Alpine's film blown-film lines in India, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and Tanzania.
