Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to India has expressed an interest in a proposed petrochemicals plant in a meeting with GAIL CMD and senior officials. The matters discussed were setting up of a petrochemicals plant based on propane feedstock sourced from Saudi Arabia and a possible mutual cooperation specially in gas and gas related business.
The Ambassador assured the gas utility major for feedstock procurement on long term basis, wherever possible.
