Chemical group Siberian-Ural Petrochemical plans to build a new petrochemical complex in Tobolsk, west Siberia, at a n investment outlay of US$ 750 mln. The project would include production facilities for both propylene and 400,000-450,000 tpa of polypropylene. Details of the project will be finalised until the second half of 2007, and the complex could go on stream in 2010.
