With 75,000 tons of naphtha bought through a tender, YNCC has wrapped up February spot purchases of cargoes arriving at Yeosu, as per traders in Reuters. The South Korean petrochemical major bought the three cargoes for H2 February arrival at premiums of around US$7.50/ton to Japan spot quotes on a cost-and-freight (C&F) basis. Deals were concluded earlier for volumes for February through private negotiations at undisclosed premiums.
