A stretch film containing macro perforation is developed from reinforced polymer matrix. Perforations act as aerating holes. This type of macro perforated stretch film is ideal for palletizing products that need transpiration and ventilation. The Macro perforated stretch film, developed by Integrated Packaging, allows quicker cooling and drying of palletized products, and applies just as easy as normal stretch film with greater load stability. With a good holding force offering ideal pallet stability, the film ensures a constant temperature is maintained to avoid overheating goods.
The Macro perforated stretch film prevents the formation of internal condensation on valuable products, allows better cooling, quicker freezing and good ventilation. The film is ideal for hot palletized products that need to avoid condensation such as soft drink, beer, canned food, pet foods and pharmaceuticals. The film is also ideal for chilled or deep frozen products that require fast cooling after palletization. Macro perforated stretch film is manufactured with 100% polyethylene, making it easy to recycle and dispense of after use, and is available in hand and machine applications.

Greetings I would like to learn more about this technology please. I have an invention idea in which I am looking for something much like what you are speaking of. Please contact me at either of the above sources if you would be willing to answer a few questions for me. Thank you so much for your time and your continued efforts in this field. This is air pollution - basically off gassing toxic chemicals. In the same way previously air fresheners did NOT neutralise smells but added to pollution of IAQ (indoor air quality) Thanks to chemicals like Dichlorobenzene, I now have organ damage, fragrance allergies etc.... so I suggest you run spectrum analysis to see exactly what is in the air and being given off by this.
