6 week regular maintenance at Exxon Mobil’s Singapore complexes

Exxon Mobil Corp has plans to shut several units at its refinery cum petrochemical complexes in Jurong Island, Singapore for a 6 week regular maintenance. The shutdown could encompass two refineries with a total capacity of 605,000 bpd along with a 900,000 tpa ethylene cracker. The duration of the shutdown has not been specified. The shutdown of the Singapore facility has been planned since 2009 and includes taking down in stages both the plant's crude distillation units (CDUs).
